Proprietary Models of MARCH
 
Proprietary Models are basically a set of statistical, mathematical and logical techniques & algorithms for a specific research purpose or concept under investigation.  As a research and consulting organization, MARCH is currently developing various proprietary models for its business applications.

MARCH has recently launched first proprietary model named ‘BankMARCH-SQA’, which is to assess the customer service quality and satisfaction in bank branches.

The proprietary models for different industry applications, under development are the following:
  • All India-All States-All Districts–Location Profile Model (which includes Market Opportunity/Availability Index, Market Penetration Index & Consumer psychographics) based on the broad categories Agriculture, Industry, Trade, Services and Infrastructure.
  • Employee Satisfaction Index Model.
  • Student Satisfaction Index Model.
  • Churn Analysis Model (specific industries).
A team of experts are working on the development of models, which includes in house research & analysis experts and hired professionals. MARCH has knowledge tie-up with professionals like professors, knowledge workers and retired senior officers from the respective industries.
